Installation procedures for NEX1 tool-less Keystone jack:

  • Strip cable jacket for about 5-7cm Straight each pair from the original stranded condition.

  • Insert cables into guided tray based on the planned wire scheme.
  • Slightly bent the cables up to prevent from falling back and pull cables up all the way up until the edge of the stripped cable stops at the insertion point.
  • Cut the exposed part

  • Securely tighten the cover by using fingers or applying the prier.
  1. Fits wire gauges between 0.5mm - 0.65mm (22-24AWG)
  2. Can be re-terminated a minimum number of 10 times. 0.5mm solid cable mis-conductivity might occur once 0.65mm solid cable has been terminated.
  3. Can be used for connecting digital voice telephone system.
  4. Avoid using under high temperature and high humidity environments.
  5. Stop the installation when lighting or the power source is switched on.
